As an organization committed to assisting the country in achieving prosperity through better knowledge of our environment, Land Information New Zealand wanted a bold and diverse workspace to reflect its values.

A relationship spanning over a decade, Catalyst have assisted LINZ in a number of projects in improving the way that they work. Most recently, Catalyst completed the organisation’s Wellington Head Office on The Terrace. Inspired by themes of tradition and legacy, this office is an energetic hub of activity for the organization, utilising technologic and creative design to create an effective workspace for LINZ to thrive.

• Creation of organisation accommodation strategy, identifying/analysing shortlisted buildings.
• Implementing a new workstyle across the entire organisation, creating an open plan environment to encourage collaboration. In 2017, we introduced ABW principles. 
• Creating supporting environments such as breakout spaces, quiet rooms, and informal meeting spaces.
• Fresh colours and finishes to achieve a modern feel.
