Our designers use Revit a 3D modelling software that allows us to design and draw in 3D to immediately visualise your design.  The software creates real efficiencies allowing us to produce real time technical drawings as well as collaborate with team members at the same time.  We are able to collaborate with external consultants to share models and co-ordinate the design in the documentation phase rather than onsite, saving you time and money.  We are able to produce life like 3D visuals as well as fly throughs to help you understand and see the design which is a real benefit. As well as having Virtual reality (VR) set up in the office for your to experience the space and gives a real wow factor. 

At the heart of our quality project management programme is Procore. Procore is regarded as the most widely used construction project management system and connects everything in one platform, ensuring everyone is working from one central schedule and budget. It uses real-time mobile notifications across our whole team, so everyone can connect and flag any issues before they arise, enabling seamless collaboration.

Health and safety at Catalyst is managed robustly and with the assistance of Sign Onsite programme, we are able to provide our workers with the technology they need for optimum safety and efficiency. Through Sign Onsite, on-site data is accessible to everyone at Catalyst on your project, reducing administrative needs and ensuring team leaders and directors can take quick, decisive action when necessary.
